





























We tried Unified for a few months and loved the dynamic right from the beginning. Later on, we were recommended to join their strength program, and that’s when I really started seeing results!!










Almost one year ago and after the holiday season I weighed in at 200lbs. I didn't feel great and I hated getting dressed every morning.
I am so happy I made the decision to invest in my health. UTC takes thinking about how to lose weight and start healthy habits out of the equation. They told me what I needed to do and I did it.
I haven't just lost weight, I am also putting on muscle and feel way stronger (like I am in my 20s again).
Physically I am much healthier. I have so much more energy. But it is worth noting that my mental health has improved substantially. It's so much easier to get up in the mornings (even 5am sometimes) and get my day started off right with a workout or reading a book (on a rest day).


Doing the 42 day transformation program, and I have say it's great fun. Don't get me wrong it's hard work, but the coaches and personal attention has been great to get me on track. I'm on my 4th week and I really feel the difference.
I've been to other gyms during my many years, but never felt this welcomed and encouraged before. Unified Training has the best coaches and environment!
